Well this is the last time you'll be seeing a picture of me at BMX now that the season is over . Well you might have been wondering what I have been doing the last couple of weeks. I've been going to BMX and Parkside. The big weekend at BMX was a good weekend as I came home with the #1 the two last days of it. Then at Parkside I got a 5th, 8th, and 2nd. At BMX I got a third because I had to race the thirteen year olds. Then after the races I went to the Alpha Wings BMX pizza party. While we were at the pizza party me and Mike Murphy got out alot of toys out of the crane games for the little kids which they all liked. Then when we got home my dad, mom, and myself had to go get the rest of our furniture from the sale.

Yesterday I went to Parkside and BMX at parkside Maddie and I got our race cloths and I got some of some of the parts for my mountain bike

Last week Tuesday I got my stiches taken out by my mom.Yesterday at BMX I got a first in age, a second in cruiser, and my dad got a fith in his race. My age was pretty easy as I made it in the first round. But my cruiser was pretty hard but I still made it to the main. The races were alot of fun as always. The last gate practice is this Thursdayand I hope to see you there. The triple point weekend is this week. And on Sunday morning there are Parkside races.

On Thursday we went out to practice and before the first gate drop I went down going through the rhythm section. I clipped the petal on the first one and flipped over the bars . I was trying to get in an extra petal stroke or two before the rythyms. But I still finished the practice and was really affected by the crash. Today I felt way better and got a first in age and didn't make it to the cruiser main. In crusier I was in 21-25 and about to make it in but then the guy in front of me stopped pedalingand then Joey got next to me and beat me to the line. My dad got a fourth, Sam got a first, Skyler got a third in open and firstinage, Mitch got a third today in age.

Sunday went to Bmx with my dad. Due to the weather, The Super Bowl, and Nationals in Oklahoma there was barely any body there. I got two firsts, my dad got a third, Sam got a first, Russ got a fourth, Ron got a third, and Skyler got a first in age. We were glad to see all of our freinds at the track and at the cross banquet. The banquet was fun and the awards were cool as they usually are. Today my sister Jessica was felling sick and had to come home from school. She is still laying around and feeling a little bit better. Hope to see you all at BMX.

BMX

Today my dad and I went out to BMX in Walworth. It was a small turnout due to the snow and the Nationals in Tennessee. Today Kenny, My dad, and I all got on to Alpha Wings. Ron helped us get on. Thanks Ron. Well, anyways I got two seconds and my dad got a third. There is one kid in my age group who is supposed to be an expert but stays in intermediate. That's OK because we are trying to keep my wins down for nationals this summer and he won't get any points or team points they will even take away all of his points. Thanks Again Ron.

New Season, New Team

Maddie and I were offered a position on the SRAM team with Goat and Rachel. We accepted the offer and are on the team. We went over because the Hayes team doesn't have a junior team anymore and the SRAM team is focusing mainly on juniors.

The past couple of weeks we have been going to BMX on Thursday and on the weekend. I have been geting mostly seconds and thirds in the races on the weekend. In my age I have been fighting for first and have been going down. Last weekend we went to the Swap meet in Madison and I got some shoes. Ray got all the stuff he needed for his BMX bike he built up. We also finished the Felt cruiser that we needed a fork for. We found a fork at the BMX races the next day. The fork is a nice carbon Bombshell. This week we had a short week at school and didn't have school on Thursday or Friday. Since we didn't have school my dad took off and we went sledding at the park. After that we went to the BMX practice and got some pointers from Ron. Thanks Ron for the help.

On Thursday my dad and I went to the night ride. It all was going good until my derailleur got ripped off by some stick that reached out and pulled it off. Then I had to finish the ride on a single speed. When I was riding the chain kept titting up and making it harder to ride. The ride was alot of fun. On Saturday we went out to Pets and rode the trails there. In about the first mile Chris went down hard and might have broken some ribs. Then a couple miles later my dad got a flat after a creek crossing and had to go back to the car. While he was changing the flat we did some fun trails by the creek. The ride was long and I think that tody it hurt me a little bit while at BMX. Today at BMX I had a hard cruiser because I had to race 13 cruiser and not 12. Even though I had a hard cruiser I made it in and took a fourth in the main. On my 20 I made it to the main and got a third.

Today my dad and I went to the Saturday ride out of Wheel and Sprocket. The ride had a steady pace but when I tried to make a move Bubba's fat ass was in my way every time. The ride was hard because the wind would just push me around. There were two flats and DIHAF had one of them. There was one crash and no one was hurt but John Buran broke his water bottle cage. They fell on some mud under a bridge. After the ride we went to Big Apple Bagels and had lunch. The ride was fun and hope to see you at the ride tomorrow out of Russell's.

Saturday Ride

At the ride there was a large group for one of the rides on the weekend. The ride was a hard one for me because the wind would just blow me around. The ride was still alot of fun and we had an average of about 17. While riding we saw a racoon and there were two flats which sucked becuase it made everyone even colder than they already were. When the ride was over COOOOOOOP didn't care what everyone saw and showed off his undies. After everyone changed they went to Big Apple Bagels and we went home because we had to go do some stuff before the party we had on Sunday.

BMX

On Saturday I went to BMX whith my sisters and my Grandparents. My grandparents took me because my dad had to go Christmas shoping with my mom. Well in crusier I got a first and in age I got a second because Obergon tried to put me into the wall and I was forced to slow down.

Today at BMX I got two thirds and my dad got a third also. In age I got a third because Obergon tried to take me down in every moto and he did in the final. In crusier I got a third because I had to race Bodie and Dallas who are both highly ranked in the nation. My dad got a third with pure skill and speed. See Ya Later. . .

BMX

On Saturday I went to the barn for some BMX racing with my dad. When we got there we knew that there was going to be very few people because of Grands. As we figured there was few people there and only 30 motos. We saw Kenny and Josh there and they both raced. Josh missed both his mains and Kenny got a bad start in the main. My dad got a second and I got a 1st in cruiser and 2nd in age.

Yesterday I went to Russells house for the Packers game to watch them screw up. The Packers were doing good until the 3rd quarter. As many of you know they lost and oh I almost forgot they SUCK! See Ya Later. . .

STATE CROSS RACE

On Saturday I went over to Pat's house with my sister Maddie. We went over so I could stay over night and Maddie decided to stay over also. While we were at Pat's we wacthed a movie and Pat made a really good prerace dinner. When I woke up all the other kids were already up and running around. Then we had breakfast and we were out of the door to go and pick up The Tool. On the way I was feeling pretty good and I was just a little nervous. When we got there I registered, changed and waited. The Tool and Pat raced 4s and I had to do hand offs to Russ. They both did well. Then it was my turn to race, I looked at who I was going to be racing and I figured it was going to be an easy race. As the race started I was off the front with Marcie
(as usual) and the other kids were gone. As the race continued I felt better and better and I was a lot smother than I was at the start. When the race was over it felt good to know that I won and that I had won the overall for the series. Thanks to Pat for letting Maddie and I stay overnight and getting me to the race. Yesterday I went to the cross race in Janesville and raced in the mud and snow real cross style. During the race I had good tires and I was able to come home with a 1st place. Myles was able to hang on for the 2nd place win and he has a shot at taking 2nd overall at the end of the year. After racing the cross race I went to the bmx track and raced age and cruiser. I was able to place 2nd in each of those races. I had a chance to win the age but bobbled and that opened the door for Ryley to get under me and he pinched me in turn 3 and I hit the brakes and he got by and I had to settle for 2nd. Lesson learned. My Dad took 2nd in his cruiser class. While at the bmx races Russell and Ron stopped by for some gates and racing.

Today we went back to the bmx track for a double points race. I took 2nd in cruiser again and took first in age class today. Lesson learned was that if I pedal into turn 1 and hold the low high I will win the race. I was able to manual the double out of turn 1 and then manual the double before turn 2 and that also helped me win the race. I got a nice trophy and a bunch of tokens. My dad took 4th today in cruiser. I had a good weekend of racing. See you at the practice on Thursday.

Yesterday I went to Estabrook Park for A cross race. Since my dad was up at the Iceman my mom had to take me to race. When we got to the race I got ready, warmed up and it was time to race. When the race started I got on a wheel and moved up a couple of spots. Then Myles came around and I got on his wheel. We both worked together until the finish. At the finish I spinted and he couldn't push it anymore. For my prize I got a box of Clif shot Bloks. Good job to everyone who raced!

On Saturday I went to the banquet and had some fun. While I were at the banquet I sat with my grandma and grandpa. After we ate my Dad, Maddie, and I all got our plaques. Soon after that my Mom, Maddie, and I all got our State Champion awards. Then we won some stuff in the raffle and got some T-shirts from Don. Then we went home and got there at about one in the morning. On Sunday I went to the the cross race at Washington Park. While I was there I got a second place to Myles. I got a piggy bank and some other schwag. Now all I have to do is go to the rest of the races and I'll try to win the State Championships. See ya Later. . .

This weekend we went to Whitewater and Camrock for cyclocross races. At Whitewater the course was very muddy and slow. After the race my bike was full of mud and grass. When the results were final I got my schwag and had to leave to get to get to a birthday party for one of my friends. The party was at Olympic Lanes and was alot of fun to go bowling again.
On Sunday I went to Camrock and raced in the snow and cold weather. The Rusty Tool Shed came with my dad and I and raced in the 4's and he finished somewhere in the middle of the pack. After that I raced and couldn't feel my hands by the end of the race. The race was very cold and muddy. The results were final and I won again and for winning I got a bike pump. We stayed to watch Ron and Sammy race. Ron got 10th and Sam got 3rd. Good job to everyone who raced this weekend.

On Friday I went to the nite race and won some bling for the trophy case. Travis won, I got second, and Greg got third. The race was alot of fun and was run backwards. Props to Russ for putting on the great event.
On Sunday I went to Moe's Burrito Cross race in Lapham Peak. The course was in great condition. It was wet in one or two corners but other than that the course was very good. I won the race and got a pair of socks. The race was alot of fun and it was fun to go out there to race.
This weekend its a double header for cross. On Saturday it's in Whitewater and on Sunday it's Camrock. Hope to see you guys there!

Today at the race I was felling good and when we got to the course my dad noticed we didn't have mine or Maddie's shoes so we looked around and Megan and Jamie let us use their shoes. Thanks guys. Maddie got 2nd in her race and now she has 2nd overall. Today I heard GO from Don and I had a strong start. During the race I felt good and made it up "The Equalizer" both laps. As you may have guessed I won and got a 1st overall for the season. my mom ,Maddie and I are all state champs and my dad got a second overall for the WORS season. I gotta go to bed now. To start off the cross season we went up to Madison. At about 7 in the mornin' we went to get the Rusty Tool Shed and drove him up to the race. At 10 o' clock Russell started and finished somewhere in the middle. Then Adam,Ryan, and Me went off and had a Hayes sweep on the podiuem. I won the race by a couple of minutes and the Kays came in at second and third place after my race Ronsta went off and destroyed the pack on a single speed. Later in the day it got up to about 75 outside and thats when Pat raced in the masters race and got 16th place. after the race we went to The Festival of Meats and had some good food there. Later that night I was awoken by a flash of lightning and thunder. Well now I have to go and finish my homework. See Ya Later. . .
